We changed the lives of 1108 of our clients by supporting them into employment across our portfolio of activities

European social Fund (ESF) changed the lives of 1048 on the pipeline programme – 9.5% above original job start target

Winter pathways supported 47 young people into work who otherwise would not have a had a positive destination when leaving school at 16

We worked in collaboration with CEMVO, DWP, NLC to support 54 clients into childcare positions with the Early Learning Childcare expansion

74% of working clients sustained in employment for a minimum of 6 months

Our Best value review achieved 41 out of 41 green measures

No one Left Behind supported 103 clients with multiple barriers to change their lives

Employability Fund – increased our reach to West Lothian & East Dunbartonshire

Staff attitude survey in its 7th year increased satisfaction levels across 8 out of 12 measures seeing 6 measures being the highest ever

Successfully achieved ‘committed to excellence’ status through (EFQM) European Foundation for Quality Management in February 2020

92% of all our income in 2019/20 came from (NLC) North Lanarkshire Council
